Enjoyed my stay, had a very pleasant experience. Personnel were extremely friendly, location was easy, convenient place for a couple of nights. Location: the hotel was near the surrounding area, monorail, and the centre of public transport. I visited Sankranti, based close to the venue, had dinner there. Visited their restaurant TAR Boosh couple of times. The service here was good;))

The room at Cozy Hotel@ Kl Sentral was great! It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi, which made my stay super comfortable. I loved that the room had a fridge and a kettle. I could keep my snacks and make hot drinks whenever I wanted. The shower in the room was amazing! It had good water pressure and the complimentary toiletries smelled fantastic.

Personally, I didn't like the tile/marble floor in the double room. It felt a bit cold and uncomfortable.

Everything was good, convenient location near MRT, the staff were easy going. I had functional and brand-new room with good shower and airco and all the conveniences.

Was a comfortable base for trip. Booked a room with good shower. Was there for stopover, location was great, right by KL nearby KL Sentral. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Tasik Bersejarah.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to all means of transportation. It was really convenient to explore the city and visit various attractions. Moreover, there were plenty of restaurants and shops around, making it easy to find delicious meals and do some shopping. Another advantage was the clean room, which was important for a comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the rooms were quite small and not very comfortable, especially for two people with luggage.

The room was comfy and functional, with good shower, I greatly enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was favourable - not very far from a Prehistory gallery.

The deluxe queen room I stayed in was well-maintained with good shower. The hotel had a central location and it was close to Sam Kow Tong Temple.

I always stay at this hotel. First time, they helped me with my heavy bags. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. I keep coming back for my business trips. No regrets.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at Cozy Hotel was very nice and the registration process was quick. The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean, with enough toiletries and water provided. They even had a prayer mat available. There was a breakfast option at a café just behind the hotel, which was a little bit of a walk but not too far. The breakfast itself was good and they gave a voucher to claim it. I stayed for 2 nights and the staff called to ask if I wanted my room cleaned, providing extra towels, water, and toiletries. it was a really nice stay.
